Announcing the first ever ADVANCED certified payroll and contract compliance symposium. This symposium is far more comprehensive than a mere compliance workshop or seminar for beginners. Instead, it is contract compliance to the fullest extent—including prevailing wage and DIR compliance. Here, you will be given a compliance-heavy contract from which you are to identify crucial provisions that could result in liquidated damages, the withholding of payments, or DIR fines and penalties. You will learn the five tenants of contract law, as well as how to interpret construction contract compliance at an executive level. Following contract review, you will be required to complete a mock certified payroll cycle, a fringe benefit statement, and a training fund contribution report for journeymen and apprentices. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Even with years of on-the-job experience, we strongly recommend you take our Entry-Level DIR compliance class before taking this advanced class. Upwards to 90% of individuals who take the advanced class only fail our basic Labor Code 101 test. We strongly suggest you brush up with our Entry-Level class before taking our advanced class.
